James is the Chief of Staff at Mechanism. Prior to working at Mechanism, James led the Commercial Team at Chromatic – a developer tooling company focused on automating visual frontend testing – where he built out the operational and go-to-market teams. He previously worked in growth equity investing at Silversmith Capital Partners and management consulting at Bain & Company.
James holds an Economics degree from Harvard. In his spare time, he plays volleyball, tries to find bargain flight deals, and watches Survivor (a show he's unsuccessfully auditioned for 3 times).
